He is also recognized as an authority in the field of HR transformation. He has worked on most continents for admired high-performance organizations in the technology, communication, life sciences, aerospace, defense, consumer package goods, and professional services sectors.
He has held consulting and thought-leadership roles in the fields of career, leadership, and team development for marquee professional services firms. Mario is known as a trusted and candid advisor to C-level executives and an engaging workshop leader and public speaker who effectively uses humour as a means of connecting with his audience.
Mario is a business graduate of Montreal University's École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), the United States Defense Information School (DINFOS), and of the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program, and holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. He is the Executive Director of Integral Human Resources Management Consulting, which he founded in 1997.
